Hands-On with Sigma Glass: Our Lens Workshop Wrap-Up

The Sigma lens workshop brought together members for a hands-on look at some of the newer glass in the Sigma lineup — a chance to handle the lenses, compare them against what members already shoot with, and talk through real-world use cases rather than spec sheets.

Turnout was strong, with members bringing their own bodies to test mount compatibility and handling. Discussion ranged from autofocus behaviour in low light to build quality on location, with plenty of side-by-side comparisons and questions fielded through the session.

Sessions like this are part of what the association tries to do regularly — give members direct access to gear and each other, outside of the usual event and wedding circuit. Watch the events page for the next workshop.
